All pledges, actives, advisors, life members, honorary
members, alumni, family members and friends of Alpha
Phi Omega are invited and encouraged to attend this
fantastic four-day extravaganza of Leadership, Friendship
and Service.
WHAT TO DO
There will be legislative and leadership-development
activities that will shape the future of the Fraternity,
fellowship experiences ranging from casual conversations to
dances, alumni events and a talent show to gigantic
banquets. Plus there'll be the beautiful city of Phoenix and
the gorgeous Southwest to explore and enjoy.

HOW TO REGISTER
Convention packets will be mailed to Chapters in
September. Completed registration forms and fee payments
should be sent to the National Office. Hotel reservation
cards must be sent directly to the Hyatt Regency, Civic
Plaza, Phoenix. Individuals who are not currently affiliated
with an active Chapter should use theform below to request a
registration packet.
COST
Everyone must pay the Convention registration fee of $35
before Dec. 1 ($40 on or after December 1). The
Fellowship Banquet is $16, the Awards Banquet is $19.
(NOTE: Banquet tickets must be purchased in advance
because the Fraternity has to guarantee payment for a
certain number of meals well ahead of the event.) The
hotel room rate is $50 per night for single, double, triple or
quad occupancy. With tax (10.35%), the basic cost per
room per night should be about $55.18.
GETTING TO PHOENIX
Check with your Sectional Chair, Regional Director and
neighboring Chapters about possible group/joint
transportation possibilities. Recommended sources for
airline travel arrangements are Southwest Airlines (call I-
800-433-5368 before Dec. 17; identify yourself as being
with group #B9486) and Travel Discounters (call 1-800-
355-1065 and identify yourself with code "APO").
